Making his home in Hollywood, Dave has worked in the suburbs of show business since 1984.

After a successful tour of duty as a radio personality in the Midwest and New York City, Dave moved to Los Angeles in 1984 to pursue a career in voice acting that has included commercials, film dubbing, looping, infomercials, narration and voice characterization in countless cartoons and video games.

Dave provided the daily intros and voice of ĹBabooĺ for The Mighty Morphinĺ Power Rangers, gave voices to ĹAngemon,ĺ`Gekkomonĺ and `Upamonĺ in Digimon, ĹPeroĺ in the film Metropolis, as well as assorted robots, parrots, soldiers, space jockeys, monsters, geeks, mutants, and neĺer-do-wells in numerous anime projects and video games over the last twenty-plus years. If youĺve played World of Warcraft, Resident Evil Outbreak, Neverwinter Knights, Final Fantasy, Medal of Honor, and Tekken 5, Daves voice or death scream has rocked your world, dude. Word.

Commercially, Dave has provided a voice for the Dow Scrubbing Bubble, the talking toothbrush for 1-800-Dentist and has spoken for Homebase, Budweiser, Coast Soap, Airtouch Cellular, Tiger Balm, AT&T Wireless, Nextel, Ameritech Yellow Pages and U.S. Cellular, among many others.
In 2007 Dave was nominated for both Best Actor and Best Actor in a Comedy for the 1st Annual American Anime Awards held in New York City.
